Goods that need approval from a specific Singapore government agency before they can be imported or exported.

Examples: food (SFA), medicines (HSA), chemicals (NEA), telecoms equipment (IMDA), arms (SPF). The TradeNet declaration is routed to the competent authority, which approves or rejects the permit. Check the CA requirements before the cargo arrives.
